I am a keen traveler and have been fortunate enough to take several long trips. These include India and South East Asia from February -August 2017, South America and the US April - August 2018, and most recently Central America from February - May 2024. I enjoy learning from other cultures and love cooking so always ensure I take a cooking class and experience the local culture through food.
