Cypress Mandela is a 16 week program that teaches you Responsibly, Respect, Time management, Discipline, Basic knowledge of the trades, and every useful life skills they teach you the basics of Carpentry, Cement masonry, plumbing, and electrical i would say it is like a boot camp we stay very well in shape

I would work at a fast paced station where i was expected to hit my number of 10 thousand garments everyday and make sure that the garments that got to my station got to the second floor as fast as possible i would have to push the big rack of garments to a machine and make sure it makes it upstairs safely and quickly

I would monitor the playing courts to make sure people were not getting hurt and making sure they would stay safe i also would try my hardest to assist the customers with whatever they needed at the end of the shift we would have to clean the building and have it ready for the next morning
