I also have experience with special needs kids as in my classroom we had a couple kids with special needs. They received therapies in the school such as speech, developmental and occupational therapy.
Im familiar with preparing parent/teacher conferences and discuss about the kid's development with the parents.
Im also familiar with doing resumes and getting along with my coworkers and work as a team.
Always tried to give the kids love and make them feel safe and understood in my classroom.
Motivated children to problem solve on hard situations such as a conflict between two kids.
The first 3 years I worked at Buonora, I was a shadow teacher and have experience working with children with autism.
