Responsible for all aspects of the project including land acquisition, planning permit, building permit, contract administration and construction management as well as sales and commissioning.

Reporting directly to the owner of the project, I was responsible for municipal and provincial relations as well as planning, architecture and engineering. Operational and financial results and projections were presented to the owner on a bi-monthly basis by way of a comprehensive report and presentation.
