During this time, I coordinated the planning and execution of several successful operations, managed high-pressure situations in leadership roles, and organized multiple four-month training courses under the supervision and guidance of senior officers. In these roles, I bore significant responsibility for the safety and lives of my team members, making critical decisions under intense conditions to ensure mission success and the well-being of those under my command
