I am excited to apply for the Summer Intern role as a Finance Analyst with RBC Wealth
Management. As a first year Engineering student looking into a concentration in applied math, I am confident that I could contribute to RBC's Wealth Financial Analyst while
further developing my technical and analytical skills.
In my academic career, I have taken courses in calculus, physics, coding as well as drawing,
achieving high marks in all. In addition, in Grade 12 I excelled in business and economics
classes. I also possess a keen interest in financial securities and markets.
Highlights of interesting projects I have worked on include:
● Leading a team that designed and built a water filtration prototype, which would help
remote communities access higher quality drinking water
● Collaborative Problem-Solving: Partnered with peers to troubleshoot and resolve
technical challenges during my new project, of which the goal is to determine the aging
characteristic of Asbestos with different consolidants, demonstrating my ability to adapt
to evolving requirements.
● An in-depth business analysis of Alo Yoga, an up-and-coming activewear brand.
In addition to my technical skills, I am bilingual in English and French and can
communicate effectively in both languages.
-Reconciled credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
of transactions.
-Organized and maintained employee receipts, streamlining documentation
for financial reporting and compliance.
