Active Directory

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Infrastructure Services as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory / GPO / DNS / replication.
• Good understanding and experience with Networking concepts like TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS etc.
• Knowledge of performing Active Directory services administration including design, cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration.

Azure Administration and Azure SQL Server

• Good understanding of Migration activity and tools, AD connect deployments, AD Upgrade projects.
• Pursuing relevant certifications to enhance technical skills for a helpdesk role.
• Administer and maintain network devices, including firewalls and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement network upgrades as needed.
• Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control policies.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL (or other database services in Azure), Storage Accounts, VNET, Traffic Manager, Azure Monitor, and other related services.

Citrix

• Good knowledge of machine creation service, provisioning services of Citrix
• Server - Installation, Configuration, Design and Administration, plus
• experience of extending and integrating these tools with other systems and platforms.
• Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving IT hardware, software, and network issues.
• Managed and maintained Citrix XenApp and Xen-Desktop environments at company Amdocs.
• Implement and enforce company-wide IT security policies and procedures Identify and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maximize employee productivity Provided technical support and troubleshooting for company’s hardware and software systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

VMware

• Designing, implementing, configure and maintenance of VMware ESXI including HA/DRS and Virtual Centre.
• Supporting corporate remote access solutions (such as VPN/Citrix/RDS), network infrastructure (firewalls/ switches/ wireless/content filters).
• Working knowledge of procedures checklist, documentation and auditing tools for existing and emerging Microsoft technologies including IIS, Clustering.
• Proven ability to add value as an IT subject matter expert; seen as a trusted advisor who consistently improves solution (functionality, lower costs) that the business unit was considering.
