• Expert in OSP + ISP fiber optic network implementation ways (FTTH, Metro and Backbone)
• Define processes and manuals for the OSP + ISP Activities rules for Fiber Optics projects
• Training and support of the subsidiaries' teams on the OSP + ISP /Maintenance part of the Fiber Optics projects
• Develop and Research on the new OSP + ISP Solutions and Material to improve quality and optimize Costs
• OSP + ISP FO Material and Tools Technical Validation
• OSP + ISP KPI Definition and Follow up
• OSP + ISP referent for all the Fiber Optic Projects
• Network Coverage DriveTest
• Participate with Fiber Optic Group Support Team for all fiber activities development
• Report to The Fiber Group Support Team Director
• Build positive relationships with customers and Supplier.

• Follow up on different GVA-NETIS processes and ensure they are respected
• Follow up on ISP teams reaching site and praxedo status updates
• Ensuring materials/tools are provided to teams and in time
• Look after GVA requests: Attenuation, etc Follow up from time raised up to closing and report
• Look After High and weak signals, Follow up to close with OSP
• Ensure OSP closes
• Look after start time of ISP Teams
• Look after SHERQ implementation by teams
• Looks after teams to be equipped, replacement of tools and equipments
• Ensure there is reserve on different tools and equipment for easy setting up new teams when required
• Look after teams attendances, record and track absences and report
• Compile stats of teams performances: Time respect, quality, SHERQ, Production
• Compile stats of teams installations that generate high losses
• Look after the Out of scope inputs from ISP including densifications, Moving Box and billing of the OTBB installations that incurred extra materials during installation
• Track the missing 2nd splitters, full OTB’s ports and ensure the necessary is done to serve the clients
• Monitor the teams capacity vs the production demand and ensure the balance is maintained
• Anticipate and Alert when more teams are needed and reduce teams when the demand goes lower
• Keep records of ISP used casuals on daily basis and ensure their attendance list sent by ISP supervisors corresponds to the actual numbers.

Supervise ISP teams and ensure they have full support to carry out daily installations

• Plan and request Installation materials
• Train/Initiate new recruited technicians on the ISP installations and SHERQ
• Plan and request tools for teams
• Anticipate on Grow/Degrow of teams vis a vis the installations demand.
• Look after call center shift and daily implementation.
• Make sure teams are accessing updated design

ISP Installations (GPON, MDU, MPRS for routing traffic within a telecommunications network)

• Validations of client tickets (Technite and Bringg software)
• Configuring and troubleshoot Routers, Switches, Firewalls
• OSP Installations (planning and deploying) and Site survey
• Installations of ODF, Closure/joints, ONU/OTB and OTBB, mounting Rack and cable trays
• Operations and maintenances activities
• Installation of Antennas, Microwave and RF transmission
• Escalating and reporting.
