Over the summer, I worked at MTN Air Sheet Metal for about a month, where I gained valuable experience in several key areas. I learned to effectively problem-solve on the jobsite, honing my ability to diagnose and address issues with HVAC systems. My attention to detail improved as I focused on precise installations and maintenance tasks. Time management became crucial as I balanced multiple responsibilities and met deadlines. Additionally, I developed a strong sense of safety awareness, understanding the importance of following protocols to ensure a safe working environment. I left the position to address some important life challenges but found the skills and knowledge I acquired to be highly valuable.
