I perform vehicle maintenances as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, I perform minor maintenances like changing engine oil and filters. I perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels. I communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

I was responsible for marshaling aircraft in and out of gates, and loading, unloading and sorting baggage. I was also responsible for cleaning the aircraft, restocking items, de-icing aircraft, carrying out inspections and hazard checks. I operated ramp equipment such as stairs, bridges and push-back vehicles.

I took great care of the customers by being friendly and passionate about customer service and anticipated the customer's needs. I received and entered customer orders with a smile and processed payments using the register/computer terminal at the counter and in the drive-through. I organized and handed out all food and drink orders while maintaining quality control that met In-N-Out standards. I prepared fresh produce. I assisted customers inside and outside our U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services. I used a smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. I moved and hooked up U-Haul trucks and trailers. I cleaned and inspected equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels. I answered questions and educated customers regarding products and services. I prepared rental invoices and accepted equipment returned from rentals. I installed hitches and trailer wiring. I filled propane and operated the forklift. I balanced the cashiers drawers and safe.
