  • Responsible for ensuring proper order placement and inventory availability for all CWD suppliers, Duty-free, and WHSE accounts. Will resolve customer sales and technical issues for all CWD supplier orders and accounts. Act as a liaison between various functional units in the business to help resolve swiftly and with the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Responsible for all product returns for CWD, DF, and WHSE accounts, while maintaining proper LOGD levels as dictated by OCS Leadership.


Accountability:

Monitor and proactively adjust all EDI orders to ensure they are placed on time and accurately. Make data-based decisions on proactive steps to ensure order fulfillment by utilizing inventory levels and specialist. Monitor inventory levels at CWDs based on requirements and direction from OCS leadership and RBH KPIs. Will liaison with CWD, WHSE and DF clients for accuracy and follow through. Will escalate any issues preventing expected order fulfillment levels proactively and as per defined SLAs.


Resolve all escalated customer and stakeholder inquiries by the service levels prescribed, and leverage on RBH internal knowledge, training, and tools.
