  • Founded non-profit mentorship program that provides free or low-cost consultations, workshops, and services to disabled, BIPOC, queer, and/or at-risk individuals who would like to pursue a career in writing, but face financial obstacles.
  • Partnered with Massy Voices to establish the Fireplace Consult Mini-Series, providing low-income, LGBTQ2+, disabled, and/or at-risk individuals with free and in-depth writing mentorship and editing services, as well as financial support.
  • Provided consultations, feedback, and editing to clients at a sliding-scale rate to acquire book successful book deals.
  • Provided mentorship and consultations to clients with partial and complete visual loss, while cultivating strategies that navigates the obstacles in the writing industry for people with vision impairments.
  • Offered the only program of its kind to provide individuals with disabilities and sensory accommodation needs with tailored, small-group workshop sessions three venue choices with different accomodations.
