I am highly motivated and dedicated, with a strong ability to lead teams, coordinate complex tasks, and stay organized in fast-paced, detail-driven environments. I bring a collaborative mindset and clear communication to group work, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and goals are aligned. I am passionate about skill development and continuous learning, both for myself and those I work with, and I value precision, accountability, and follow-through. My experience coordinating people and projects has strengthened my ability to manage logistics, adapt quickly, and contribute effectively to team-based scientific and biotech settings.
At the University of California, Riverside, I serve as both a coach and team captain after realizing there wasn’t a cheer team when I first wanted to join one. Instead of giving up on that interest, I helped start the program from the ground up. What began as a small group of students grew into a structured, committed team through recruiting, organizing practices, and building a strong team culture. I took on both coaching and leadership responsibilities, helping athletes develop skills, confidence, and discipline. As the team grew, UCR Athletics officially recognized the program and began providing funding and support. I now work closely with the Athletics Department to coordinate practices, events, and logistics while continuing to lead and coach the team.
As a Volunteer Coordinator at Hemet Assembly, I help people find where they fit and feel comfortable serving. I work with volunteers for church ministries, outreach events, and mission trips, helping with sign-ups, schedules, and making sure everyone feels prepared and supported. For international trips, I connect with people in different countries who are willing to open their homes and provide room and board for our volunteers, building trust and clear communication so our teams feel safe and welcomed. I work closely with ministry leaders to make sure things run smoothly and that volunteers feel seen, valued, and encouraged in what they’re doing.
