As an Esthetician Student I performed constant tasks on a daily basis. As a call center representative I have multiple tasks I must fulfill on a daily basis. This includes professionally communicating with clientele when booking appointments, sending outgoing emails, texts, and responding to incoming emails. I organize nurses schedules for the next day in all three of our locations. In doing so, I book appointments for all three locations as well as handle call outs. I must be knowledgeable of medical information; such as medications, side effects and preparation for treatments. I must input Dr clearance information as well as correctly putting information in clients files. I must keep all medical files properly updated at all times. I had to learn an entire computer system created by the company and help teach others how to use that same system. Lastly, I am CPR/ AED/ and First Aid certified.

As a barista I had to create a warm and welcoming environment while working in a fast paced job position. I constantly had to re-learn new register systems and information while training others on them. I maintained a calm demeanor under pressure, maintained store cleanliness, and anticipated the customers' needs. I placed orders for incoming items as well as organized orders when they were shipped to the store. I worked with supervisors on my development when being promoted to trainer. I maintained a food handlers certification while being in this position.

In working in a data entry position I needed to be very detailed and cautious. I worked on an old computer scanning, editing, and updating website with cards. This means setting over 700 images a day to correct descriptions with price. Handling valuable cards while ensuring no damage. Once uploaded, I communicated with the owner for work to be overlooked before final upload. Lastly, I created worksheets on cards to better organize the system.
