Isaac Vazquez

First Competition Robotics

• I helped manufactured robot parts using heavy machinery, including 3D printers, CNC machines, welding equipment, laser engravers, plasma tables, and riveting tools. We traveled to different competitions for Utah and Vegas regional placing very well. I have learned to be punctual and learned communication skills.

Led team as driver and captain

• My role in SeaPerch was driver and captain. I used software to design parts online for the team to use on our ROV. We Discussed the design process and strategy. In our club our team performed the best. Helped me be a leader, helped with communication skills, and helped with teamwork skills.

Supervised children at summer camp

• My role in volunteering in Saint Dominic Savio summer camp was taking care of children entrusted to us. I have learned patience and communication skills with children. Every day we would get together for these children playing games with them, making dances with them, and making sure they have the best summer they could have.

Constructed a model airplane from scratch

• In this class Honors Aerospace Dynamics' we learned the basics flight, practiced how to fly in a simulator, learn different types of gages, learn VOR and at the end of the class we had to make a plane from scratch it had to make the distance of about 50 ft. We were only allowed to use Remote RC parts.
