- Applied exterior waterproofing membranes such as blue skin, roll and trowel on tar and dimple board to foundation walls to prevent water damage.
- Installed interior/exterior weeping tiles, sump pits and French drains to redirect water away from foundation walls
- Corefill: Drilling 4 inch holes on block walls using a SDS Max with 4 inch concrete hole saw bit for long periods of time.
- Stitching the corners of foundation walls with rebar, placing rebar in every corefill hole down to the footing. Cutting rebar to designated depth with angle grinder.
- Realigning blocks walls back to its a original state. Correcting it's levelness and plumb ness with a bottle jack and jack posts.
- Operated mud jacking equipment to inject grout under basement floors to fill voids/ hollowness to restore it's levelness and stability.
- House Raising : Successfully raised and levelled residential structures using bottle jacks and 6 by 6 cribbing to remove existing foundation walls.
- Built and formed foundation/retaining walls, walkways and steps ensuring precise shape and structure. Worked with different forming materials such as wood, steel, aluminum and ICF to ensure a solid durable form.
- Constructed rebar cages for concrete foundation walls, collums and ICF ensuring structural integrity
- Applied parging/acrylic stucco to different masonry surfaces using heavy duty fibre glass and steel reinforced mesh with the use of bonding agents and slurries.
