Irwin Hol

I grew up in a Dutch farming family, where I actively participate in the operations of our 1,000-acre farm located south of Goderich, Ontario, which includes 5,500 pigs and 75,000 chickens. This hands-on experience has deepened my understanding of agricultural practices and the intricacies of farm management. In addition to my family farm, I have gained valuable farming job experience across multiple sectors, showcasing my passion for agriculture and allowing me to experience its full spectrum. I am currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business at the University of Guelph, with the goal of obtaining an MBA. My strong commitment to farming drives my desire to integrate business principles into the agricultural sector, and I am dedicated to fostering innovation and improving efficiencies within the industry as I advance my career.
