Irene NAGITTA

Summary

I am a trauma-informed, passionate, and enthusiastic social worker dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of vulnerable individuals and the community. I support and serve youth, adults, seniors, and persons with disabilities (both male and female), who face systemic needs and socio-economic challenges. My focus is on assessing situations and making appropriate recommendations for services and resources available in the community to help individuals reach their goals sustainably, using person-centred, evidence-based practices. I am confident, kind, thoughtful and motivated when supporting individuals in my community. I treat all individuals with dignity and respect, and I perform tasks independently with minimal supervision. I am also a great team player. I possess great attention to detail, I can multitask, and am open to learn new ideas.
