I spent four amazing, challenging years as a HRM City Councillor for District 12. Overall it was a positive experience learning and working with Atlantic Canada's most diverse community to achieve relationships and trust. Worked with all levels of government, small and influential businesses and various committees. I built a good relationship with all of the various departments staff, supervisors and directors. There was never an issue of asking questions or getting direction.

All of the above were equally important for my success.
