Inventory Management / Daily handling of Shipment: Maintaining accurate records: Verifying incoming shipments. Orders fulfilling, Ensuring Safe packaging, Maintaining Equipment. Safety compliance. Collaboration. Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.

Coordinating outgoing shipments: Confirming the availability of items to be shipped, verifying inventory records, and preparing goods for shipping.
Managing daily flow of finished products: Arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse and ensuring efficient movement of products.
Overseeing warehouse staff: This may include tasks like supervising warehouse employees, training new hires, and evaluating performance.
Ensuring safety and cleanliness: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and ensuring proper storage of goods.
Improving efficiency: Identifying operational issues and suggesting potential improvements to streamline warehouse processes and optimize overall efficiency.
Documenting activities: Recording all related activities, completing forms and reports, and maintaining accurate records of inventory, executed orders, and received goods.
Performing other related duties as directed: This may include tasks such as manually handling or restacking pallets, operating a forklift, or assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
