Started a record label in 2022 and have been spending my time harbouring it since. Some of my responsibilities within GOODBYE include-

Overseeing all business operations

Developing and redeveloping the label’s vision and promoting it

Talent scouting

Signing and helping artists develop the career/record/show of their dreams (Canada pride)

Handling deals within fellow Canadian labels and producers/engineers

Leading the legal side with a calm hand

Building good relationships with local radio, podcasts, local competitions ect

Keeping hub clean and organize

'Bring studio to you' service where GOODBYE comes to your home and builds a retractable home studio for weekly/monthly usage for a decent rate

Assisted customers at locating products and answered questions

Maintained store appearance (stocked shelves, set up displays ect)

Handled cash flow tasks ect

Opened and closed store weekly

After a year and a half took on a management position which included these responsibilities :

Overseed the store 6 days a week

Led, trained and motivated staff to meet daily sales targets and to provide excellent customer service

Managed employee hiring, scheduling and performance reviews/complaints

Handled customer situations/ issues professionally

Handled pay roll

Handled cash flow in detail for regional management

Created detailed store reports for regional management weekly

Greeted customers

Served beverages/snacks

Cleaned and organized cafe

Handled cash flow tasks ect

Ordered inventory when needed

Trained and supervised new employees after a year and a half
