  • This role involves having an in-depth knowledge for all different technologies to help clients configure and troubleshoot their complex environments for doing continuous monitoring
  • The product is developed in Java (J2EE) and uses built-in JBOSS Application server for all server related requests and also uses any one of the databases (My SQL, SQL Server, Oracle) for storing data
  • It gets real time stats on Database mirroring, sessions, Cluster failover, standalone servers, Tablespaces, Datafiles, Top SQL statements and a lot more
  • Virtualization is another big monitoring that involves monitoring Virtual Centers, Data Centers, Clusters, ESX Hosts, Virtual Machines etc.
