• The Bobsled engagement is an application outsourcing deal for managing the existing TELUS SAP landscape. The project involved providing production support and enhancements to fulfill new business requirements. As a SAP Support Team Lead, worked on an assignment closely with Offshore as a part of onshore team. Responsible for managing and coaching onshore team members and provided daily updated status reports to Business and Senior managers.
