- My first year I was on the line helping build the body of the model 3, included tasks such as loading parts and making sure my station was running efficiently.
- Then eventually was moved up to be an 'offliner' which meant I was not on the line anymore.
- I would help my lead monitor 4 different areas of the line, if the line stopped moving I would get to the station and find out why; then call the fault over the radio so the manager knows why it stopped.
- Some things I was able to fix myself and if I couldn't then I would call a tech on the radio to fix it to keep the line moving so we could hit our goal for the day.
