  • In the morning rollout routine am in charge of making sure that we had enough units to run routes and make sure that all repairs and services where completed.


  • I receive all road call breakdowns from the operation dispatcher, I have three road call mechanic which i dispatch based on the area.


  • I also follow up with an email on morning drive up's and road call that will need further repairs.


  • I also approved payroll hours for 35 employees and email a report to my maintenance Manager of any employee going over 8 hours and the reason.


  • I schedule the PM service to the 2nd shift mechanic and schedule the PM repair for Saturday such as 3stage packer cylinder, Bolster spring, Brakes and drums, etc. any critical issue gets repaired by mechanic.
