- Working in partnership with the senior management team to develop and implement a people plan which influences strategy enabling the achievement of functional objectives and overall business success.
- Providing advisory services to the senior leadership to develop and implement consistent & sustainable talent and succession management.
- Manage and advise on workforce planning, including recruitment, pay and reward management strategies
- Providing general HR leadership and consultation to internal client groups specifically in the area
- Implementing performance related pay awards and other recognition systems to keep staff motivated and focused on delivery
- Maintaining Strategic analysis of staff survey data and trends as well as provide a variety of charts and reports to enable management’s interpretation of survey results to take appropriate actions.
- Supporting the annual compensation cycle and annual benefits review process for all staff
- Overseeing delivery of learning & development agendas across posts
- Leading on organizational development activities targeted towards building open and inclusive working cultures across the mission.
- Managing health and safety committee, coordinating inspections, driving compliance to policy and innovation of wellness activities to improve and maintain staff wellbeing
