  • During my time in food prep I was responsible for cutting vegetables for salads
  • At Royal Meats Barbeque we had special foods on the menu which I assisted in prepping such as "Chicken Deluxe", by using a tenderizer to flatten the chicken. Topping it with kajmak spread and goat cheese. With a slice of ham rolled and cut into slices. Which are then put through skewers.
  • I learnt to prep calamari by defrosting, washing and cleaning out inners to later be fried or grilled
