Providing retail and service sales during Covid lockdowns.
During a frustrating time for consumers and retail employees, it was imperative to find innovative solutions. The customer disconnect created challenges at providing top-tier service and driving sales. Introducing Ikeono text service into Lightspeed allowed direct text communication with customers while processing payments via Stripe. The response time from customers requiring service work approval increased significantly. While allowing instant payment for special orders that may be necessary. In addition to being extremely efficient for the service department, it enabled sales staff to close deals remotely and capture chat log data under customer accounts.

As a cycling industry veteran, I of course love to ride. MTBing was the original gateway into cycling for me. I enjoy road and gravel riding equally. My love for camping also has me planning bikepacking trips often. I hope to become a member of the Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club this season as my interest in kayaking skyrocketed over Covid. One of many goals I have set for this year. My true weakness is watches. I could go on for days about them. I'm always checking out what customers are wearing. Great way to connect with clients. Acquiring new timepieces is always on the list of goals.
