- I was responsible for a team of millwrights and electricians that carried out all duties on production lines in a safe manor
- I was responsible for all training aspects with new and existing employees
- I managed an annual maintenance budget to keep in compliance
- I managed KPI's including machine availability and budget control
- I managed multi million dollar capexs to include complete line installations and retro fits of new machines including integration of new machines to old lines
- I was responsible for the creation and implementation of a CMMS system
- I was also doing controls support for other plants in North America and the facility that I worked in
- Increased productivity by reducing downtime, budgeting effectively, allocating tasks and maintaining high standards of safety and work quality.
- Provided guidance to management regarding project bids for onsite improvements.
