  • Managed geospatial datasets with 10,000+ data points for the Stream Crossing and Aquatic Resource Inventory (SCARI) program.
  • Designed ecology-based GIS models that prioritized client watercourse crossing restoration needs by linking publicly available ecological data to the SCARI database, highlighting cost-effective solutions to maximize kilometers of restored native trout habitat.
  • Coordinated regulatory applications and permitting for 10 energy, forestry, and infrastructure clients. Communicated with clients to provide regulatory and work scopes that satisfied their project needs.
  • Provided cross-corporation synergistic solutions that allowed for 40 km of native trout habitat to be restored, while saving clients $1.2 million dollars in estimated watercourse crossing remediation costs.
  • Supervised 10 junior field staff, leading crews in executing aquatic environmental assessments, fisheries inventories, and fisheries salvages across northern Alberta.
  • Assisted with modeling and mapping tree planting treatments for 100+ km of linear seismic line restoration for Caribou recovery efforts.
  • Provided two years of geospatial tracking, analysis and EIA reporting for 15 radio-collared Caribou to understand effects of seismic line and coal mining on migration patterns in Grande Cache.
