- Created and maintained detailed PL (process log) to document material movement, transaction accuracy, and compliance with ISO 13485/MDR standards.

- Building catheters, monitoring service systems, troubleshooting equipment and escalating problems.
- Internally certified in Failure Analysis (ION platform), supporting structured investigation workflows with emphasis on procedural adherence, documentation control, and appropriate escalation.
