Aspiring culinary student from Vietnam with a passion for creativity and traditional cuisine. Currently completing my final semester in Culinary Arts at George Brown College, I love experimenting with flavors and developing new dishes. My experiences at Machi Machi Midland and in my family’s chain of restaurants have provided valuable insights into kitchen operations and management. After earning my Culinary Arts certificate, I plan to pursue a Diploma in Culinary Management to continue growing my skills.
