I have developed strong organizational and communication skills in a collaborative environment. With refereeing, communicating with your other referee is very important, and I have the skills to be calm under pressure and communicate well under stress. My volunteer work with Baja Christian Ministries and St. Francis Center has given me skills such as empathy and compassion, which are crucial to becoming a great referee.
