- Performed material and labour take offs from piping isometrics, GA drawings, Civil, Concrete drawings to be entered into FMS (Software) for invoicing work performed at site.
- Ran reports for cost codes and analyzed actual man-hours spent on the job vs budgeted man-hours for calculating performance factor of the crew.
- Wrote RFIs (Request for Information) to the engineering team to answer any technical issues or to obtain information needed to complete work at site.
- Summoned and managed subcontractors needed to perform specialty work on site (such as Kone Cranes for commissioning of the overhead cranes in pump-houses).
- Walked down the work performed and reviewed time-sheets for accuracy and forwarded to Accounts Payable for payment.
- Attended 30/90 day schedule meetings with internal/external stake holders to highlight progress made and raise any potential issues risking personnel safety, assets and work schedule.
- Attended and represented the crew during the quality inspections for turning over of equipment/packages to the client.
- Maintained documentation (CWPs, check-sheets, ITPs,) for the silos/systems and/or equipment.
