PMO Director
My role:
- PMO implementation (People, Processes, and Tools).
- Deploy and evolve standardized project management best practices in a decentralized structure to maximize project performance.
- Provide project management coaching to project leads and stakeholders from different business units.
- Coordinate the annual project portfolio planning resulting from strategic planning and establish a Portfolio review process.
- Implement transparency and visibility of project status through up-to-date and reliable project data and reporting.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of significant programs and/or projects (large in scope and/or involving multiple functions/business units).
Main achievements:
- Completed the PMO setup including building the team as well as implementing the project management methodology, the set of tools, the portfolio management processes, and the capacity planning practice.
- Manage the development and implementation of a new E-commerce platform for different banners in alignment with the Omnichannel strategy.
- Development and deployment of a unique mobile solution that allows customers to buy prescription and non-prescription glasses online, with as much precision as in-store.
- Manage the ADP Payroll and HRIS (Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Attendance) software implementation for all Newlook Vision group entities.
