• PMO implementation (People, Processes, and Tools).
• Deploy and evolve standardized project management best practices in a decentralized structure to maximize project performance.

Main achievements:

• Completed the PMO setup including building the team as well as implementing the project management methodology, the set of tools, the portfolio management processes, and the capacity planning practice.
• Manage the development and implementation of a new E-commerce platform for different banners in alignment with the Omnichannel strategy.
• Development and deployment of a unique mobile solution that allows customers to buy prescription and non-prescription glasses online, with as much precision as in-store.
• Manage the ADP Payroll and HRIS (Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Time & Attendance) software implementation for all Newlook Vision group entities.

My role:

• Implement the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Manage the solution architecture, business analysis, and software development teams.
• Lead IT workforce as part of a matrix structure spanning multiple time zones in four continents.
• Contribute to the realization of LCI's strategy by developing quality and performant business solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of portfolio projects.
• Design and implementation of the PMO portal with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Link with the finance department for CapEx and OpEx control and planning
• Connect with technology providers to support strategic IT procurement management.
• Develop the PMO and IT team on increasing talent and skills in the organization, and ensures the flexibility and overall skills of staff in times of high demand.
• Monitors the performance of the delivery team.

Main achievements:

• During the pandemic, managed the LCI international digital transformation project, allowing teachers and students to continue classes online using new technology including third-party solutions, Active Directory, Ms CRM and Ms Teams.
• Managed two ERP implementation projects in Morocco and Spain
• Managed the implementation of financial consolidation software (Kyriba and OneStream).

My role:

• Implement the Project Management Office.
• Oversee the Project Portfolio Management.
• Implement the PMO governance processes and policies.
• Ensure that Project Managers follow the methodology and use the templates defined in the framework of the PLC (Project Lifecycle) and SDLC (System Development Lifecycle).
• Responsible for the change management methodology (ADKAR).
• Deploy quality assurance practices.
• Link with the finance department for CapEx and OpEx control and planning.
• Responsible for the capacity management of IT resources.
• Ensure relationship management with service providers.
• In charge of implementing and managing project management tools such as the Timesheet system, EPM, Dashboard, and project health reports.

Main achievements:

• Over a period of two and a half years, I managed a complete program that integrated two companies, ADT and Protectron. The program included 25 projects, involving all business units of the organization, such as HR, Finance, Operations, and others.
• Implement a Customer Service and a Customer retention Call centers.

My role:

• Ensure the governance of PMO (Project Management Office) processes and policies.
• Ensure that Project Managers follow the methodology and use the templates defined in the framework of the PLC (Project Lifecycle) and SDLC (System Development Lifecycle).
• Ensure the evolution of methodologies and templates, according to the best market practices and the corporate culture.
• Implementation of a new corporate system for the control of absences and holidays (Time-off).
• Global institutionalization of the LPC and SDLC.
• Design and implementation of a new EPM (Enterprise Project Management System).
• Managing a project portfolio and resource pool.
• Coordination, consolidation, and presentation of the IT Budget and Forecast (Annual presentation and quarter revisions)

Main achievements:

• Implementation of the corporate PMO portal with SharePoint.
• Implementation of a timesheet system with TENROX, for the IT global department.
• Manage a project implementing JDE Enterprise One and all related systems (PIM, Red Prairie, Transform, TLI, ESB, ERP2WEB, BI Rapid Decision, etc.), including a new hardware and telecommunications architecture. 18-month project with a team of more than 30 people (internal employees, third-party experts, and service providers).

My role:

• Design and implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO).
