My role:

  • PMO implementation (People, Processes, and Tools).
  • Deploy and evolve standardized project management best practices in a decentralized structure to maximize project performance.
  • Provide project management coaching to project leads and stakeholders from different business units.
  • Coordinate the annual project portfolio planning resulting from strategic planning and establish a Portfolio review process.
  • Implement transparency and visibility of project status through up-to-date and reliable project data and reporting.

Main achievements:

  • Completed the PMO setup including building the team as well as implementing the project management methodology, the set of tools, the portfolio management processes, and the capacity planning practice.
  • Manage the development and implementation of a new E-commerce platform for different banners in alignment with the Omnichannel strategy.
  • Development and deployment of a unique mobile solution that allows customers to buy prescription and non-prescription glasses online, with as much precision as in-store.
