• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Going through training, on how to run different programs from the intervention plan for children.
• Shadowing Instructor Therapists, and making acute observations.
• Coming up with ideas, and having discussions with BCBA and IT's
• Running few of the programs independently, under supervision.
• Assisting the IT's, to run programs and handle kids.
• Assisting and, coming up with new ideas for different activities and token boards for kids, as well as creating materials for the programs.
• Making sure the environment and the surroundings are clean, tidy and safe for the children.

• Collaborated with colleagues, in developing lessons. and identifying curriculum related to sex education, for children and students of different age groups.

• Observed patients and took case histories of various psychiatric disorders and other psychological issues, along making observations on their current progress.

Teaching children, between the age group of 6-11, different subjects, as well as preparing them for different inter-school competitions.
