• Enhanced club member experience by implementing innovative event planning and management strategies.

I organized and led the project; filmed commercials, and made handouts and announcements to invite others to participate in our activity for one week. Leading this project taught me the importance of being a good listener when leading a group.

• I competed in the national Model United Nations conference, which invites 60 teams who passed the preliminary rounds of competition. In preparation for the conference, I strategized which countries to cooperate with and how to negotiate with those who oppose our policies. I was able to improve my negotiation and impromptu speaking skills.
• I represented the Republic of Ireland in a historical committee about the conflict in Northern Ireland, known as "the Troubles". Participating in a small committee, I got more involved in drafting the policy proposal. Along with my documentation improvement, my debating skills in English advanced, as the whole conference was conducted in English.

• Being a member of the dance committee at Jissen Joshi Gakuen High School, I mapped out the schedule, made choreography, taught the dance to my team, and was in charge of stage lighting at the dance competition. My team was selected as a contestant in the dance contest and was able to perform on stage in front of the entire school.

• Supported the development of long-term financial plans, aligning with club goals and objectives.
• Prepared accurate and timely financial statements for management review, aiding informed decision making.
• Contributed to successful club events by providing accurate financial data for budget planning purposes.
• Identified opportunities for cost savings by analyzing expense trends and recommending adjustments as needed.
