Has technical experience on railway construction(ballasted track,embedded track,pedestal track,rail welds,CWR destressing etc.),railway materials, railway machinery and equipment, railway crossing, railway maintenance and rehabilitation.
• Managing of trackwork activities in accordance with signed contract and related standards
• Leading of development phase of the Lakeshore West rail corridor
• Managing and organizing the site teams and subcontractors’ selection
• The coordination and communication with related departments(Civil/E&M)
• Preparing of track construction methodology and work plans
• Design reviewing and constructability evaluation
• Selection of Machinery/Equipment and trackwork materials in accordance with the contract and approved work plans
• Support the rest of the departments: Planning, Cost control, Estimating, Scheduling, Design/technical office, HS, Qa/Qc.
• Supporting of the CJV procurement department providing ongoing support to the procurement process regarding supplies, rentals/leasing and subcontractors
• Being part of training programs for local staff, when it comes to track Works, both for development of contents and as a trainer
• Liase with key stakeholders (i.e. subcontractors, client, union representatives, etc)
• Preparing and implementing of the trackwork schedule
• Attending to the weekly/monthly meetings with project partners and Client
• Technically supporting of the other departments(PMO,Design,Tender,Purchasing)
• Supporting of the Project teams about technical issues
• Reviewing of the new designs’ applicability
• Creating of execution documents in accordance with the site applications, ERQ and related standards

• Arranging and attending of FAT-SAT (Factory Acceptance Tests-Site Acceptance Tests) for materials and vehicles.

• Providing the data connection between site inspectors and testing laboratories.
• Coordinating the qualification processes of trackwork materials according to quality plan.
• Controlling the test procedures and tests in laboratories for the compliance of related standards
• Managing all superstructure activities from dismantling of existing lines until installation of new lines according to relevant EN & UIC standard
