• Managing of trackwork activities in accordance with signed contract and related standards
• Leading of development phase of the Lakeshore West rail corridor
• Managing and organizing the site teams and subcontractors’ selection
• The coordination and communication with related departments(Civil/E&M)
• Preparing of track construction methodology and work plans
• Design reviewing and constructability evaluation
• Selection of Machinery/Equipment and trackwork materials in accordance with the contract and approved work plans
• Support the rest of the departments: Planning, Cost control, Estimating, Scheduling, Design/technical office, HS, Qa/Qc.
• Supporting of the CJV procurement department providing ongoing support to the procurement process regarding supplies, rentals/leasing and subcontractors
• Being part of training programs for local staff, when it comes to track Works, both for development of contents and as a trainer
• Liase with key stakeholders (i.e. subcontractors, client, union representatives, etc)
• Preparing and implementing of the trackwork schedule
• Attending to the weekly/monthly meetings with project partners and Client

• Managing of whole trackwork construction activities in accordance with signed contract and related standards.
• Attending to the weekly and monthly coordination/progress meetings with Engineer and Employer
• Supporting of the design department
• Managing and organizing the site teams and subcontractors
• The coordination and communication with the employer.
• Ordering of the trackwork and construction materials in accordance with specifications and signed contract with client
• Arranging and attending to the factory and site inspection tests for materials and equipments
• Developing and implementing of QA/QC programs for trackworks construction phases
• Preparing and implementing the trackwork construction schedule
• Preparing and monitoring of the project budget
• Testing and commissioning

• Technically supporting of the other departments(PMO,Design,Tender,Purchasing)
• Supporting of the Project teams about technical issues
• Reviewing of the new designs’ applicability
• Creating of execution documents in accordance with the site applications, ERQ and related standards
• Attending to the site visits and meetings with clients for tender preparations
• Searching of new methods and machinery for Trackworks to improve the efficiencies of the projects
• Reviewing and evaluating of the project materials in accordance with technical specifications
• Managing of the relations with clients and suppliers for the trackworks materials such as rail,turnout,fastening systems,welding kits,machinery and equipments

• Managing of whole trackworks construction activities such as;

-Track Laying works including slab, embedded and column (pedestal)tracks

-Turnout laying works

-Ballast laying works

-Alumino-thermite and Flash butt welding including distressing welds according to the EN 14730, EN 14587, AREMA

-Tamping and stabilization works according to EN 1323, AREMA

-Testing and commissioning according to the EN 13231,AREMA

• Ordering of trackwork construction materials
• Preparing and implementing of work schedule
• Preparing and monitoring of the budget
• Contributing to the preparation of railway plans with the design department
• Selection of Machinery/Equipment and trackwork materials in accordance with the contract and approved work plans
• Support the rest of the departments: Planning, Cost control, Estimating, Scheduling, Design/technical office, HS, QA/QC.
• Supporting of the procurement department providing ongoing support to the procurement process regarding supplies, rentals/leasing and subcontractors
• Being part of training programs for local staff, when it comes to track Works, both for development of contents and as a trainer
• Attending to the weekly and monthly coordination/progress meetings with Engineer and Employer

• Assisting of the Project Manager
• Managing of whole trackworks activities such as;
- Track Laying works including slab, embedded and column(pedestal)tracks
- Turnout Laying works
- Ballast Laying works
- AT/ Flash butt welding including destressing welds according to the related standards
- Tamping and stabilization works according to the related standards
- Static and Dynamic track measuring according to the related standards
- Rail grinding
• Ordering of trackwork machinery,equipments and materials
• Preparing and implementing the trackwork schedule on site
• Preparing and monitoring of the project budget
• Preparing of QC documents for trackworks such as MS,ITP
• Being a member of testing and commissioning team

• Responsible for executing the superstructure works according to the related standards and ERQ such as;
- Track Laying works including slab, embedded and column(pedestal)tracks
- Turnout Laying works
- Ballast Laying works
- AT/ Flash butt welding
- Tamping+stabilization+regulation works
- Controlling of track geometry
- Rail grinding
• Preparing and implementing of work schedule
• Preparing and monitoring of the project budget for trackworks activities
• Organizing of purchasing of necessary track materials, (Rails, turnouts, IRJs, fastenings, ballast etc.)
• Arranging related FATs, QA/QC documentations.
• Preparation of related Method of Statements related with Superstructure construction.
• Organizing subcontractors’ daily work schedules and executing works at site
• Controlling of works at site according to related project’s Method of Statements, technical specifications and EN standards
• Responsible for maintenance of tracks according to related maintenance manuals and EN-UIC standards

• Following of QC site activities and reporting to QC Manager.
• Receiving, verifying and keeping of the test records
• Preparing of QC documents such as MS,ITP,material submission
• Arraging and reporting of the qualification tests,performance trials
• Managing of the welding works and its NDT inspections
• Supporting of site teams about the quality procedures
• Arranging and attending of FAT-SAT (Factory Acceptance Tests-Site Acceptance Tests) for materials and vehicles.
• İnvestigating of new Ballast and Sub-ballast Quarries.
• Providing the data connection between site inspectors and testing laboratories.
• Coordinating the qualification processes of trackwork materials according to quality plan.
• Controlling the test procedures and tests in laboratories for the compliance of related standards

• Managing all superstructure activities from dismantling of existing lines until installation of new lines according to relevant EN & UIC standard
• Supervising of machinery maintenance (Tamping,Ballast cleaning,rail grinding etc.)
• Planning and organizing of teams for maintenance stages
• Planning and arranging necessary machinery logistics
