- Manage all administrative tasks, including emails, attendance, rehearsal schedule, room bookings, concert rundowns, and programs, with assistance with stage setup.

- Lead sectionals and conduct the ensemble when the director is away.

- Handle all urgent issues that happen during rehearsals, soundchecks and concerts.

- Be a good coordinator between the instructor and students.

- Provide a supportive and caring environment for the class (ensemble).
