  • Work with consultants and third-party vendors to manage networks, coverage, services, and costs.
  • Accountable for overall benefits budget and manage all renewals and approvals for global benefit vendors.
  • Select and set the framework for the benefits bench-marking exercises through benefit surveys to ensure overall benefit packages remains competitive within country, regionally, and globally (as appropriate).
  • Partner with other functions in areas such as legal, accounting, finance, risk management, safety & security, and facility management departments, to build new programs, manage risk to the company, and understand legal implications to policy or design changes.
  • Responsible for building positive, constructive relationships with internal customer groups/regions and delivering initiatives that are focused on Benefits, minimizing duplication and overlaps wherever possible.
  • Support the Benefits team globally in implementing the strategy, output, and quality of Benefits (employee Benefit and/or other related programs globally) to support key internal customers (Exec Mgmt, Employees globally, and regulatory bodies, etc.)
  • Responsible to lead various elements of the global Benefits team in ensuring the following are adhered to; systems comply with applicable local, regional, and international labor laws and regulatory standards.

  • Maintains relevance, accuracy and completeness of global end-to-end, standard processes and supporting documentation.
  • Design, develop and implement policies and processes in line with latest industry thinking – on a global basis where appropriate.
