As a health care aide, I provided compassionate, client-centered care to elderly individuals in their homes.

My responsibility included assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and medication reminders. I ensured a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while supporting clients' physical and emotional well-being. I also monitored changes in their health and reported concerns to families, or supervisors, as needed.

I am currently working as a crew trainer at McDonald's in Vancouver, where I lead and support new team member in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining operational standards.My role involves training staff on food safety , hygiene and service protocols as well as supervising daily tasks to ensure efficiency during busy hours.

I worked with Home Instead in Vancouver as a care aide, where I provided non-medical support and personal care to elderly clients in their homes. My duties included assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I also offered companionship and emotional support, helping reduce feelings of isolation.
