My goals when it comes to my job is to be Jr sous before the start of the next summer or even early next year. after that I would like to hopefully achieve Sous Chef to excel and boost my culinary career by the time I am 21 years old. Next year i would like to go to culinary school so I am able to get my red seal and hopefully run my own restaurant by the time I am 24.
Through my last few years working in the culinary field I have been lucky enough to be able to attend many events. Such as golf tournaments where I would make food at large scales and talk to a large group of people. I have also been fortunate to be apart of catering for weddings and party's in the 100s making multiple course meals in a set time.
