Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy and deliver them as instructed. Load and unload cargo. Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times. Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy.

Route Planning, vehicle inspection and maintenance. Cargo maintenance, defensive driving, time management, communication navigation and hazardous materials handling (if applicable).

Transporting finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers. Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules.
