• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of plant-wide industrial equipment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make on site repairs when needed.

• Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions to Manufacturing Engineering.
• Develop, assemble, procure or modify existing and new tooling, fixtures, and equipment to ensure efficient production methods.
• Assist lead technicians with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods, procedures, and test equipment.
• Complete work samplings to identify areas for process improvements.
• Assist with new equipment and process revisions.
• Create, schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment.
• Read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets, and process sheets to perform testing, build fixtures, and trouble-shoot equipment.
• Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured product, to help determine root cause.
• Promote and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities in manufacturing.

• Operation and maintenance of all plantwide equipment.
• Onboarding, commissioning and validation of all engineering related equipment.
• Creation of all Standardized Operating Procedures for related equipment, performing all qualification procedures required for equipment validation.
• Drafting out validation procedures, and qualifying equipment in states that would prevent future operational deviations.
• Recording all deviations, NCRs, and performing proper investigations into root cause of incidents.
• Documenting and tracking all change controls for related equipment, as well as tracking pertinent changes before closing CCs.
• All work performed within cGMP environment and ISO regulated environment, high working knowledge of both regulator requirements.

• Operated, maintained, and repaired building systems and equipment.
• Performed trade duties approaching the journeyman level in a variety of construction trade areas.
• Worked on building demolition, renovation, and construction tasks, and building system operation.
