• Canvass businesses to mobilize them to participate in the Canadian Digital Adoption Program (PCAN)
• Facilitate the realization of a diagnosis, in order to identify the challenges of SMEs in terms of e-commerce and the workforce
• Contribute to the analysis of business needs and the identification of programs and projects consistent with the identified needs
• Facilitate the linking of companies with the various programs and regional service providers that can meet their needs
• Facilitate obtaining the “Develop your business activities online” grant.

Make prototypes for 3D prints (Preparation)
Offer help for subscribers, tips for their project
Maintain machines and software (update)
Prepare the necessary materials for the activities and workshops
Offer technical assistance during Animations (iPad, Computers)
Courses offered to subscribers: The basics of Microsoft Office & Thinker cad, CANVAS (IMP)
Qualities
Excellent communication skills at the personal and interpersonal level
Ability to work independently and in a team
Very good time management, patience and ability to work under stress.

Ensure the storage of documents in the library
Check the classification on the shelves according to the system in place
Participate in the movement of collections, when necessary
Provide replacement for absent staff as needed
Perform any other related task
Check that the documents are returned in good condition
Test video games and DVDs
Guide subscribers to reading choices -Air Canada
