I like to use high-quality olive oil, seasonal vegetables, beans, and lean meats to make dishes that are tasty and healthy. I enjoy making tabbouleh with lots of parsley and tomatoes, and grilling fish with herbs. I also love the way Mediterranean meals bring people together, as sharing food with family and friends creates special memories.
