• Adventure Week Camp Counselor, one week, Volunteered as a female camp counselor for a one week Adventure Camp. Led activities for kids aged 10-12 year olds. Chaperoned excursions and led Bible activities, games, and challenges. Camp Sagitawa, Moberly Lake, BC, July 2023.
• Teen Camp Counselor, one week, Volunteered as a teen camp counselor for a local church. Helped serve the youth and lead activities, games, and devotions during the five days of camp. • Summer Camp ELL Counselor, one week, worked at an English Summer Camp in Italy. Lead ELL activities using music, dance, and art to instruct students ranging from ages 3-18. Lead camp songs, theatre and dance presentations, and organized whole group camp games and activities including talent shows and water fights. • Teen Camp Counselor, volunteered as a teen camp female chaperone at Kings Valley Christian Camp. Acted as cabin leader for girls in my assigned cabin. Led devotions, games, activities, and quest during the duration of the camp. Fort St. John, BC. August, 2018.
• Sunday School Teacher, 5.5 years, Volunteered in Early Years, 3-7 Sunday school Classrooms. In charge of planning lessons and activities for each Sunday’s hour long class which involved researching, finding activities for fine motor activities and games, music and rhymes, dance and drama, storytelling and group projects. • Summer School Teacher, 3 weeks, Was involved in a 3 week long summer school event that ran for 3.5 hours every day of the week. As chief organizer of the program, also worked alongside a team of 4 teachers. Conducted lessons for children aged 3-7 years who were learning, or who faced difficulties in school, reading, writing and performing math related tasks and activities. Was responsible for planning the curriculum, scheduling and organizing resources and hands-on activities for student involvement.
