My job is to educate clients on executing tailored programs efficiently through techniques and well planned programming depending on performance and abilities. Educating my clients to help boost confidence, prevent injuries and expand their knowledge on fitness.

Developing certified classes through team-coaching personal training sessions, and led 1-1 personal sessions. I've also had experience in group fitness programs such as HIIT and Performance classes.

• Primary role is to deliver customers shopping within the time slots provided. Secondary role is to work on the shop floor helping with picking and customer service at the tills.

• My responsibilities within Amazon is to manage productivity to meet customers’ expectations. I'm trained for specialist areas within the FC such as PCNS, AFC, Problem Solve, Single Mediums so over time I’ve enhanced my learning and delivered support and productivity across departments. Managing time efficiently to ensure customer care and productivity are to the highest standards.

• Fitness instructing and personal training on a 1-1 basis. Helping customers become more confident and understanding the practise of fitness and basic nutritional values.

• Supervising staff within various venues across the UK. Customer interactions, taking drink orders.

• Responsibilities included face to face interactions with customers, dealing with serving 3 course meals and bartending.

• Waitressing for weddings and bartending were the two roles within this specialised event company. The events company also catered for selected locations for different events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings.

• This company specialised in catering for special events such as; award ceremonies, weddings, birthdays and Christmas parties, ensuring customer satisfaction was an important part of this role.

• As a junior the responsibilities here were to meet and greet clients, answer the phone and book appointments and to wash hair.
