Ion implantation of SiGeSn alloys:                                                                              May, 2023-Aug, 2023

Created simulations to find optimum conditions for ion implantation. Provided technical support, performing calculations and making depth profiles. Collaborated to make alloy samples using Rutherford Backscattering Spectroscopy. Pursue computational and theoretical physics studies in areas of ion-matter interactions and spectroscopy methods like XPS and RBS.

Constructing Op-Amp and logic circuits:                                                                                   March,2023

Using a CMOS/TTL designer board, we constructed a circuit to test the inverting amplifier using a variety of sinusoidal input signals and monitored both input and output on an oscilloscope. Using a Quad NAND array and Digi designer board we constructed a chain of inverters to verify the operation by a truth table and displayed the output using LEDs and oscilloscope.

Frequency response of an RC circuit & frequency filters:                                              January, 2023                          Using resistors connected in series and parallel to measure the discharge of the capacitor, analyzed the data to get time constant. We constructed a low-pass filter and high pass filter to measure the ‘gain’ of the filter for a range of sine wave frequencies that spans the limits of human hearing.
