Organize hotshots for pickup and delivery at customer locations

Arranging equipment maintenance - Pickups, Trailers

Receiving and shipping fleet licensing documentation.

Inventory control.

Rental check in/out documentation, detailing.

Installations on fleet vehicles such as GPS, buggy whips, back up alarms and fire extinguishers/ brackets, decals.

Transporting vehicles and employees to branches and customers within British Columbia and Alberta.

Light duty office and shop janitorial services.

Warehouse duties included:

Worked closely with parts, service and sales departments to supply with parts and tools.

Shipped and received inventory/ supplies, input data into computer programs.

Organizing and stocking warehouses, parts room and show room.

General housekeeping

Driving duties include:

Daily pretrips for parts truck and forklift.

Picking, loading and verifying products before delivering.

Delivering to regional and local clients.

Responsible for maintenance on department vehicles.

Customer shuttle.

24/7 Hotshot duties include:

• Transported variety of freight to oilfield sites and companies in British Columbia and Alberta.
• Requiring load securement ranging from oilfield tools, supplies and vehicles.
• Operating 2 ton pickups, gooseneck and bumper pull trailers.
• Maintaining all documentation including federal, provincial and company requirements ei: Logbooks, fuel forms, pretrip, field tickets, safety and company specific orientations
• Responsible for maintenance and service on assigned equipment.

• Assisting sales and parts team in rentals and delivery of landscaping equipment.
• Organization and light janitorial duties in the show room.
• Assisted heavy duty mechanic with larger units such as tractor/trailers, fleet vehicles, nodwells, etc
• Kept accurate documentation, rental agreements, invoices,
• Maintained and organized smaller rental units, fluid check/ top up, routine service
• Assisted mechanic with basic service, tire changes.
